Ecommerce Operations

The daily work that keeps a store selling.

We take care of the day-to-day so your team can focus on growth: trading, catalog, launches, promotions, QA and the app stack, run to a written playbook so nothing depends on one person remembering. This is the work that quietly costs brands the most revenue when it slips.

Scope

What our operations team runs.

01

Daily trading

A morning check of sales against plan, conversion, stock-outs, broken links, pricing errors, and promo performance, with the goal of shipping fixes the same day.

02

Catalog management

Product creation and enrichment, variants and size charts, metafields, collections and filters, SEO titles and descriptions, image standards and alt text.

03

Launches and drops

Launch calendars, pre-launch QA checklists, scheduled publishing, waitlists, early-access and VIP windows, and post-launch read-outs.

04

Promotion execution

Discount and automatic-discount setup, sitewide banners, landing pages, exclusions and stacking rules, tested before go-live and scheduled to come down on time.

05

Site merchandising

Homepage and navigation updates, collection sorting by margin and stock, cross-sell and bundles, search synonyms and zero-result fixes.

06

App stack and integrations

Ownership of reviews, search, loyalty, returns, subscriptions, ERP and 3PL connectors. Quarterly app audit to remove cost and page weight.

Runbooks

Every recurring task is documented.

We aim to write a runbook for each recurring process within the first 30 days: launch QA, promo setup and teardown, price changes, inventory sync checks, holiday code freezes. Runbooks live in your workspace, so the knowledge stays with your brand.

Launch QA covers 40+ checks, including variant pricing, inventory by location, size chart links, image alt text, metafield display, mobile layout, discount eligibility, and tracking events firing.
