Pricing & Growth Share
A base fee, plus a share of the margin we help create.
We keep pricing simple and tied to your success. You pay a predictable monthly base fee for the team and platform. On top of that, we earn a Growth Share only when your contribution margin grows above an agreed baseline and your margin rate holds. If we grow sales by giving away margin, we earn nothing extra.
Engagement tiers.
We work with businesses of all sizes, from those just getting started to brands doing $50M+ that want to scale to $100M+. Your exact base fee depends on channels, catalog size, contact volume and the modules you choose. It is confirmed in writing after the diagnostic.

We win when your profit grows, not just your sales.
The Growth Share applies to Growth and Full Division engagements and to turnaround programs. It is designed so that our incentive and yours are the same: more contribution margin dollars, at a healthy margin rate.
How it is calculated
-
Agree the baseline
During onboarding we agree, in writing, your trailing-12-month contribution margin dollars and margin rate, adjusted for seasonality and any known one-offs.
-
Measure each quarter
Each quarter, actual contribution margin is calculated from your own Shopify, marketplace, ad platform and finance data, using the definitions we agreed.
-
Apply the profit gate
If your contribution margin rate for the quarter is below the baseline rate, no Growth Share is due, regardless of revenue growth.
-
Share the increment
If the gate is passed, we earn 10% of contribution margin dollars above the baseline for that quarter.
Terms that protect you
- Profit gate: no share on growth bought with lower margin
- Annual cap: Growth Share in a contract year never exceeds that year's base fees
- No clawbacks or minimums: a below-baseline quarter simply earns no share
- Your data, your books: calculated from your systems, reviewed jointly, statement provided
- Paid quarterly, trued up annually
The math, in plain numbers.
Illustrative annual figures for a hypothetical brand, to show how the Growth Share behaves.
| Metric | Baseline year | Scenario A: profitable growth | Scenario B: growth that dilutes margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Net revenue | $8,000,000 | $9,750,000 | $10,000,000 |
| Contribution margin rate | 15.0% | 16.0% | 13.0% |
| Contribution margin dollars | $1,200,000 | $1,560,000 | $1,300,000 |
| Incremental margin | – | $360,000 | $100,000 |
| Profit gate (rate ≥ 15.0%) | – | Passed | Failed |
| Go Virtual Growth Share | – | $36,000 | $0 |
| Brand keeps of the increment | – | $324,000 (90%) | $100,000 |
In Scenario B revenue grew more, but by sacrificing margin rate: each dollar of sales now earns less. That is the outcome the profit gate exists to discourage, so we earn nothing on it.
Prefer more skin in the game?
For brands that want a lower fixed cost, the Shared-Risk plan reduces the base fee by up to 20% in exchange for a 15% Growth Share. The same profit gate and annual cap apply.

| Growth Share | 10% of incremental CM | 15% of incremental CM |
| Profit gate | Yes | Yes |
| Annual cap | Base fees for the year | Base fees for the year |
